The answers from Manage Your Career
Many women work hard, do their best and are grateful for advancement that comes their way. They are not always strategic in planning their career and their lives in ways that take into account the different choices they may want to make at different stages. They are often unsure of their ambition and may need to confront their own assumptions about what life should be like before deciding what they really want from their career.
