One of the most striking findings of our research is that even the most successful women lack confidence: you are not alone!
Sometimes this causes women to be less professional than they desire and women are not always seen as capable of the next big role.
In addition, women are less likely to put themselves forward for opportunities if they do not feel they can excel – therefore slowing their own career progression.
The answers from Build Your Confidence
If women do not have confidence in themselves then others are less likely to see them as high potential and so they miss opportunities. Confidence starts from the inside out. This programme builds a strong self-belief system as a foundation for feeling and behaving in more confident ways in professional settings. It also encourages women to achieve greater mastery in their lives, to take more calculated risks and to chalk up more achievements. It maps those areas which present more of a challenge to women. It looks at a woman’s risk profile, decision-making and behavioural preferences. Once you have positive self-knowledge, feel good about yourself, have devised and rehearsed confident styles of behaving and pledged to pursue certain goals, nothing can hold you back.
The programme’s objectives are to enable women:
- To build a picture of personal strengths and achievement
- To challenge and debunk limiting beliefs and stereotypical thinking
- To crystallise their own personal ambitions
- To identify and manage any risks
- To make plans for increased mastery
- To challenge themselves for results
This programme works by instilling realistic self-belief and preparing women to deal confidently with their challenges.
